1. OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE – Our clients are so important to us! We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Green Mist Spa. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
2. APPOINTMENT POLICY – For Services over 2 hours, we may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. All online booking require credit information to hold your appointment. LATE ARRIVALS POLICY – We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the spa. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at spa discretion.
3. REFUND POLICY – All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Spa to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Spa as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY – We look forward to having you in our spa! When you reserve an appointment we are making sure we give you our full attention during your entire visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 48hrs in advance. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of your total service which will be due before your next visit. Same day reschedules or cancellations will result in a fee of a 100% of the total service. By giving us a 48 hour notice it allows us time to fill that opening with another waiting beauty. Thank you for your understanding!
5. GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY – Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable. Please call Green Mist Spa concerning lost gift certificates. All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid at Green Mist Spa only for all products and services available.
6. PRIVACY – Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
7. CHILDREN – Green Mist Spa is a family friendly spa, however, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed.
8. GROUPON – Groupon vouchers will be redeemed for new customers only! Customers that have been at the salon before must contact Groupon to return their voucher or give it as a gift! Standard cancellation policy applies. Please Sign Where Indicated I agree to use electronic records and signatures.
